列王紀下-2 Kings 第 24 章

24:1	約雅敬在位的日子，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒上到猶大；約雅敬作他的臣僕三年，然後又背叛他。 In his days Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his servant for three years; then he turned and rebelled against him.
24:2	耶和華打發迦勒底人、亞蘭人、摩押人、和亞捫人，結隊攻擊約雅敬；祂打發他們攻擊毀滅猶大，正如耶和華藉祂僕人眾申言者所說的話。 And Jehovah sent against him bands of the Chaldeans and bands of the Syrians and bands of the Moabites and bands of the children of Ammon; and He sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of Jehovah, which He spoke through his servants the prophets.
24:3	這事臨到猶大人，誠然是耶和華所命的，要將他們從自己面前趕出，是因瑪拿西的罪，就是他一切所行的； Surely it was at the command of Jehovah that this came to pass against Judah, to remove them out of His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done,
24:4	又因他流無辜人的血，使耶路撒冷滿了無辜人的血；耶和華不肯赦免。 And also for the innocent blood that he shed; for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; and Jehovah would not forgive.
24:5	約雅敬其餘的事，凡他所行的，豈不都寫在猶大諸王記上麼？ And the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
24:6	約雅敬與他列祖同睡。他兒子約雅斤接續他作王。 And Jehoiakim slept with his fathers. And Jehoiachin his son reigned in his place.
24:7	埃及王不再從他本地出來，因為巴比倫王將原屬埃及王的地，從埃及小河，直到伯拉河，都奪去了。 And the king of Egypt did not come out of his land again, for the king of Babylon had taken all that belonged to the king of Egypt from the brook of Egypt to the river Euphrates.
24:8	約雅斤登基的時候年十八歲，在耶路撒冷作王三個月；他母親名叫尼護施他，是耶路撒冷人以利拿單的女兒。 Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem; and the name of his mother was Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan from Jerusalem.
24:9	約雅斤行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，是照他父親一切所行的。 And he did what was evil in the sight of Jehovah, according to all that his father had done.
24:10	那時，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒的臣僕上到耶路撒冷，城就被他們圍困了。 At that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon went up to Jerusalem, and the city came under siege.
24:11	當他的臣僕圍困城的時候，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒親自來攻城。 And Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came against the city while his servants were besieging it.
24:12	猶大王約雅斤和他母親、臣僕、首領、太監一同出城，投降巴比倫王；巴比倫王便拿住他，那時是巴比倫王第八年。 And Jehoiachin the king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon, he and his mother and his servants and his captains and his eunuchs; and the king of Babylon took him in the eighth year of his reign.
24:13	巴比倫王從那裡，將耶和華殿的一切寶物，和王宮裡的寶物都拿去了，將以色列王所羅門所造耶和華殿裡的一切金器都搗毀了，正如耶和華所說的； And he brought out from there all the treasures of the house of Jehovah and the treasures of the king's house. And he cut in pieces all the golden vessels which Solomon the king of Israel had made in Jehovah's temple, as Jehovah had said.
24:14	又將全耶路撒冷的人民和眾首領，並所有大能的勇士，共一萬人，連一切工匠、鐵匠都遷徙了去；除了那地極貧窮的人以外，沒有剩下的； And he carried away into exile all Jerusalem and all the captains and all the mighty men of valor, ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and smiths. None remained except the poorest people of the land.
24:15	並將約雅斤和王母、后妃、太監、與那地的權貴，都從耶路撒冷遷徙到巴比倫去了； And he carried Jehoiachin away into exile to Babylon; and the king's mother and the king's wives and his eunuchs and the leading men of the land, he carried away into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon.
24:16	又將一切勇士七千人，和工匠、鐵匠一千人，都是能上陣的勇士，全遷徙到巴比倫去了。 And all the seven thousand men of valor and the one thousand craftsmen and smiths, all mighty men fit for war, even these the king of Babylon carried away into exile to Babylon.
24:17	巴比倫王立約雅斤的叔叔瑪探雅接替他作王，給瑪探雅改名叫西底家。 Then the king of Babylon made Jehoiachin's uncle Mattaniah king in his place, and he changed his name to Zedekiah.
24:18	西底家登基的時候年二十一歲，在耶路撒冷作王十一年；他母親名叫哈慕他，是立拿人耶利米的女兒。 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah, from Libnah.
24:19	西底家行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，是照約雅敬一切所行的。 And he did what was evil in the sight of Jehovah, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
24:20	這些事臨到耶路撒冷和猶大，是因耶和華的怒氣發作，直到祂將人民從自己面前趕出。 For it was through the anger of Jehovah that this came to pass in Jerusalem and in Judah until He cast them out from His presence. And Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.
