| 以弗所書-Ephesians 第 4 章 |
| 4:1 | 所以我這在主裡的囚犯勸你們，行事為人要與你們所蒙的呼召相配， I beseech you therefore, I, the prisoner in the Lord, to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called, |
| 4:2 | 凡事卑微、溫柔、恆忍，在愛裡彼此擔就， With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, bearing one another in love, |
| 4:3 | 以和平的聯索，竭力保守那靈的一： Being diligent to keep the oneness of the Spirit in the uniting bond of peace: |
| 4:4 | 一個身體和一位靈，正如你們蒙召，也是在一個盼望中蒙召的； One Body and one Spirit, even as also you were called in one hope of your calling; |
| 4:5 | 一主，一信，一浸； One Lord, one faith, one baptism; |
| 4:6 | 一位眾人的神與父，就是那超越眾人，貫徹眾人，也在眾人之內的。 One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. |
| 4:7 | 但恩典賜給我們各人，是照著基督恩賜的度量。 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. |
| 4:8 | 所以經上說，「祂既升上高處，就擄掠了那些被擄的，將恩賜賜給人。」 Therefore the Scripture says, "Having ascended to the height, He led captive those taken captive and gave gifts to men.'' |
| 4:9 | （若非祂也曾降到地的低下之處，「祂升上」是什麼意思？ (Now this, "He ascended,'' what is it except that He also descended into the lower parts of the earth? |
| 4:10 | 那降下的，也是那升上，遠超諸天之上，為要充滿萬有的。） He who descended, He is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens that He might fill all things.) |
| 4:11 | 祂所賜的，有些是使徒，有些是申言者，有些是傳福音者，有些是牧人和教師， And He Himself gave some as apostles and some as prophets and some as evangelists and some as shepherds and teachers, |
| 4:12 | 為要成全聖徒，目的是為著職事的工作，為著建造基督的身體， For the perfecting of the saints unto the work of the ministry, unto the building up of the Body of Christ, |
| 4:13 | 直到我們眾人都達到了信仰上並對神兒子之完全認識上的一，達到了長成的人，達到了基督豐滿之身材的度量， Until we all arrive at the oneness of the faith and of the full knowledge of the Son of God, at a full-grown man, at the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, |
| 4:14 | 使我們不再作小孩子，為波浪漂來漂去，並為一切教訓之風所搖蕩，這教訓是在於人的欺騙手法，在於將人引入錯謬系統的詭詐作為； That we may be no longer little children tossed by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching in the sleight of men, in craftiness with a view to a system of error, |
| 4:15 | 惟在愛裡持守著真實，我們就得以在一切事上長到祂，就是元首基督裡面； But holding to truth in love, we may grow up into Him in all things, who is the Head, Christ, |
| 4:16 | 本於祂，全身藉著每一豐富供應的節，並藉著每一部分依其度量而有的功用，得以聯絡在一起，並結合在一起，便叫身體漸漸長大，以致在愛裡把自己建造起來。 Out from whom all the Body, being joined together and being knit together through every joint of the rich supply and through the operation in the measure of each one part, causes the growth of the Body unto the building up of itself in love. |
| 4:17 | 所以我這樣說，且在主裡見證，你們行事為人，不要再像外邦人在他們心思的虛妄裡行事為人， This therefore I say and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the Gentiles also walk in the vanity of their mind, |
| 4:18 | 他們在悟性上既然昏暗，就因著那在他們裡面的無知，因著他們心裡的剛硬，與神的生命隔絕了； Being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance which is in them, because of the hardness of their heart; |
| 4:19 | 他們感覺既然喪盡，就任憑自己放蕩，以致貪行種種的污穢。 Who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lasciviousness to work all uncleanness in greediness. |
| 4:20 | 但你們並不是這樣學了基督； But you did not so learn Christ, |
| 4:21 | 如果你們真是聽過祂，並在祂裡面，照著那在耶穌身上是實際者，受過教導， If indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him as the reality is in Jesus, |
| 4:22 | 在從前的生活樣式上，脫去了舊人，這舊人是照著那迷惑的情慾敗壞的； That you put off, as regards your former manner of life, the old man, which is being corrupted according to the lusts of the deceit, |
| 4:23 | 而在你們心思的靈裡得以更新， And that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind |
| 4:24 | 並且穿上了新人，這新人是照著神，在那實際的義和聖中所創造的。 And put on the new man, which was created according to God in righteousness and holiness of the reality. |
| 4:25 | 所以你們既已脫去謊言，各人就要與鄰舍說實話，因為我們是互相為肢體。 Therefore having put off the lie, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. |
| 4:26 | 生氣卻不要犯罪，不可含怒到日落， Be angry, yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your indignation, |
| 4:27 | 也不可給魔鬼留地步。 Neither give place to the devil. |
| 4:28 | 偷竊的不要再偷，倒要勞力，親手作正經事，好有所分給需要的人。 He who steals should steal no more, but rather should labor, working with his own hands in that which is respectable, that he may have something to share with him who has need. |
| 4:29 | 敗壞的話一句都不可出口，只要按需要說建造人的好話，好將恩典供給聽見的人。 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but only that which is good for building up, according to the need, that it may give grace to those who hear. |
| 4:30 | 並且不要叫神的聖靈憂愁，你們原是在祂裡面受了印記，直到得贖的日子。 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed unto the day of redemption. |
| 4:31 | 一切苦毒、惱恨、忿怒、喧嚷、譭謗，同一切的惡毒，都要從你們中間除掉。 Let all bitterness and anger and wrath and clamor and evil speaking be removed from you, with all malice. |
| 4:32 | 你們要以恩慈相待，心存慈憐，彼此饒恕，正如神在基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ also forgave you. |
